RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

This policy is applicable to goods purchased “online” and/or goods purchased “in store”.

1. DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

Should you be dissatisfied with an item purchased from our Online Store or any item purchased instore, you may return it to M-Kem for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided that you have the original tax invoice and the item/s are returned within 2 weeks of purchase.

Any refund for a product paid for by Credit or Debit Card, will be made to the applicable card. No cash refunds for any such tender will be made.

Please note that products that have expired, will under no circumstances, be replaced, exchanged or refunded.

No scheduled medication will be refunded under any circumstances as it is prohibited by law.

M-Kem retains the discretion to refund by any appropriate means, whether by cash, voucher or by crediting the card used as tender for any sale.
